• We accept returns for wrong size, wrong item shipped or defective items. Unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned within fourteen days from the date merchandise was received. Merchandise must be returned in the condition it was received or it will be sent back to you.

  • All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA #).

  • Contact customer support at customer support to obtain a RA#.

  • If you received a defective item, Black Ace Clothing must be contacted within 14 days of the order receipt to qualify for a RA #.

  • Returns that are not exchanged for another items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.

  • All Return Authorization numbers must be shipped back within two weeks of receipt or the RA# will become null and void.  Black Ace Clothing  is not responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the incorrect item.

  • Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your RA# and original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
